Welcome to ICXC. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

• Products: We aim to display our products accurately, but colours and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings.

• Orders & Payments: A contract is formed once payment is confirmed. We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

• Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs (for international orders).

• Sizing Disclaimer: Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size choice. If you are unsure about sizing, please send us a query at support@icxcuk.combefore placing your order.

• Returns & Refunds:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty on arrival.

  • If your item is faulty, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt by emailing support@icxcuk.com with proof (a clear image).

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

• Liability: We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our website or products.
